Perforated Straipans and Stair Treads are commonly used to improve visibility for pedestrians using commercial stairwells; allowing them to see foot traffic both above and below which alerts them to any potential traffic, debris or danger. The punched holes in the custom stairpans/treads allow for more light and debris to filter through too, increasing safety and creating a friendlier environment.

We recently had a general contractor from Canada reach out in need of custom perforated stairpans for a home remodeling project. The custom pans, made from 14 gauge, galvanized steel, matched the design of the room and fit perfectly into the staircase being installed.
